ADV200 HC có thể quản lý các động cơ không đồng bộ có hoặc không có cảm biến tốc độ/vị trí (bộ mã hóa) và nó có thể điều khiển tất cả các chuyển động của hệ thống, cả tời nâng và hành khách (tời nâng, giàn, xe đẩy). Ngoài ra, các ổ đĩa này cho phép khả năng phát triển SW cho ứng dụng công nghiệp bằng cách sử dụng ngôn ngữ thương mại dựa trên IEC61131-3 (PLC-OPEN) và được kết nối với một số hệ thống bus trường (ProfiBus, CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherNet realtime, GDNet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet).
